TORNEO is edited and operated by Tempo AI LLC. Tempo AI LLC is responsible for every figure published here and says so on every page. Editorial responsibility for what is published sits with Tempo AI LLC. TORNEO is not a product of any agency that sells the services its measurements touch.

Two details are missing from this page, and saying so is better than guessing them: the operator's full postal address, and a contact mailbox of its own. Neither is yet recorded in the repository that produces this site; the documentary inspection of the entity is the step that will produce them.

Until then, the address published as the contact point is emea@devlo.ch, declared for the personal data of the runs already published, in the data protection packet that ships with the repository. Use it for any request about this site or about a published measurement. Its deliverability has not been tested from here, so if it bounces, say so in an issue on the repository below.

Applicable law

Swiss law, and specifically the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. For data subjects in the European Union, the GDPR applies in addition. What is processed, why, and for how long is on the privacy page.

Content, corrections and reuse

Every published measurement is one observation of one task on one frozen population at one date, and says so. When a published result is corrected, the correction is chained to the served hash and kept in the run's errata file; nothing is edited in place. What a result cannot tell you is on the limits page, and how it was produced on the method page.

Vendor names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify what was measured. A vendor who disputes a published measurement has a right of reply on its category page, published unedited.

Hosting and source

This site is served by Vercel Inc. Its source, including the data behind every published figure, lives in the repository at github.com/TEMPO-AI-LLC/tempo-aios/tree/main/projects/torneo, hosted by GitHub, Inc. That repository path still carries the name of the account that hosts it today; moving it under the operator's own account is an act for the account owner, not for this site.
